These practical health laws are there to empower you with health
information. It is our opinion that the general health of each
individual can be improved if the following principles are adhered
to.
1. Air
- Oxygen sustains all life functions in the body.
- No one can live without it for more than 5 minutes.
- Stress negatively affects the breathing pattern.
- Create a habit of using your lungs to its full capacity.
- Make time and go out and get it.
2. Sunlight
- At least 20 minutes a day.
- Your skin will transform the sun’s rays and body chemistry to
Vit D, a powerful anti-oxidant.
- Improves your mental state.
- Better immune system.
- Sunlight is used all over the globe as a therapy to treat a
list of illnesses.
3. Water
- Water cleans the body system.
- Transports nutrients.
- Your body needs ± 500ml, 30 minutes before breakfast.
- At least ± 2 liter / day.
- No inorganic minerals: Only a plant, using the process
of photosynthesis, is capable of converting inorganic minerals to
organic, rendering it useful for human processing.
- Type: Preferably distilled water or alternatively
reverse osmosis water.
- ± 90 Minutes after a meal no water or liquids, it dilutes the
digestive liquids, which unnecessarily lengthens the digestive
process.
4. Abstinence
- Know who you are - your weak and strong points.
- Have temperance in the good things.
- Abstain from harmful substances and habits, e.g.
- Smoking
- Too much alcohol
- Over eating
- Live a balanced life, e.g. spend time with loved ones.
- Make time to care for your body.
- Attitude: the final ingredient of a healthy cell.

5. Nutrition
- Focus only on whole foods
- Definition: “Whole food is food that contains all
the nutrients in the same proportions as found in nature.”

- Raw food is “cell food”. Ensure that your intake
of raw food amounts to at least 60% of your daily diet.
- Vegetable juice is the most efficient way to get
nutrition at cellular level. Used as therapy all over the
globe by well-known nutritionists for example dr. Max Gerson
and dr. George Malkmus
- Processed food is dead and loaded with chemical
preservatives.
- Dairy products: “The milk of other mammalian
species also differ from mother’s milk, and this, together
with the potential danger from ingested antigens, makes cows
milk unsuitable for human consumption.” - Diet and Health,
p72, Walter J. Veith. “Cows milk is a major source of
allergies … Hay fever, sinusitis, chronic bronchitis, colds,

- Sugar: “Sugar is so denatured and concentrated
from its original plant form that it is actually a drug!” -

- White Flour has had all good substances, the bran
& germ removed during processing. It’s not a whole food
anymore!
- Fast foods: Almost all are processed with high
temperature, thus dead (no enzymes) and are often filled
with preservatives to boost shelf life.
- Temperature: Cooking kills all enzymes and ± 80%
of Vitamins.
- Use Organic foods:
- No pesticides and antibiotics
- No chemical additives and fertilizers
- Cultivate own products, sprouts, veggies, etc.

6. Trust in
God
- The Lord will give you peace.
- Sadness, anger or worry depresses the immune system.
- Love heals.
- Find your purpose in life!
- Learn how to forgive and forget.
- Make a difference in the lives of others.
7. Rest
- We need approximately 7 hours sleep a day.
- Melatonin, a sleep hormone, is produced when the sun
sets.
- Sleep before midnight is much more valuable & effective
than after midnight.
- Listen to your body.
8. Exercise
- ±30 min at a time, 4 times per week.
- Increases blood circulation.
- It removes toxins - your skin is the biggest elimination
organ.
9. Clean Physical
Environment
- NB: Remove the toxins
- your body will always react.
- Poor nutrition: e.g. fast foods, dairy, sugar, chemical
additives, colorants, preservatives, white flour products, trans
fatty acids, etc.
- Bad habits, e.g. nicotine, caffeine, too much alcohol.
- Dental health:
- “Amalgam (silver tooth filling) is a mixture of mercury,
